Hello and a very warm welcome to our new Bryan lynch finest salads website. My story began almost 30 years ago. I started catering at thirteen years of age working in the kitchen of my uncle's restaurant. From there I decided food was what I wanted to do and went on to further my education in cooking and culinary skills in Killybegs Catering College, Co Donegal. It was there I received my qualifications. I also represented Ireland on the "panel of chefs of Ireland" in cookery competitions in both Dublin and London.
Once college was finished I spent the next few years working in hotels and restaurant to gain more experience.
It was in 1995 I decided to venture into the salads manufacturing business on a part time basis. Ten years later In 2005 I built a 7000 square foot premises which is where I am currently based. I employ over 22 local staff. We currently supply stores nationwide, mainly Dunnes Stores and Supervalu's.
I continue to have the same pride and passion for top quality food as I did thirty years ago. I feel that is something that will always stay with me...
