In May 2010 Bryan Lynch Finest Salads were privilaged to be short listed for the national finals for the Q Mark award, having achieved such a high mark in our Hygiene audit. We were short listed under the category for "Best Producers and Processors". The awards were held on the 24th September in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin. Unfortunately on the night we did not win the over all award, but we were honored and considered it a fatastic achievemnt to have made the final five.
